eSIG is a multi-platform digital signature solution. It is based on the SIGNificant technology of the Namirial Group, which is compliant to the legal standards of the EU and ISO directives.
E-signing is possible by digital certificate, handwriting and HTML5 signature.
The platform supports signing on dedicated signature pads and mobile devices running Android, iOS or Windows operating systems. Remote document signing is also enabled. The document being processed is protected from unauthorized manipulation. All signature data is saved in a PDF document in encrypted form. If the signature authentication is required it is available only with the private key of the biometric certificate. As part of the eSIG platform, a forensic signature analysis application is also provided.
The TIS eSIG solution enables you to sign a document by hand on a signature device or sign a document by using a one-click personal digital certificate. In the application, you can also define a signature workflow to support processes with multiple signers signing the same document. Alternate signatories are also supported. Each signatory receives information on the documents awaiting his/her signature by e-mail. The eSIG platform integrates seamlessly with existing business process support systems and systems for permanent archive of signed documents. The eSIG platform follows trends in the field of e-signing and is constantly being upgraded with new technologies - such as biometric and video identification. TIS eSIG also provides video identification service to reach remote clients faster and easier. In the interactive process, the content and parameters of the tasks are agreed upon and the contract is eventually signed.
In response to Covid-19 crisis business impact, we can offer a specially tailored Namirial eSignAnyWhere Smart Working Service, containing a set of capabilities typically available in the service “Namirial eSignAnywhere Personal”.
