TIS eArchive is an electronic archive solution developed and implemented by the TIS Consortium, Objektni informacijski sustavi and SV Group in collaboration with FINA. TIS eArchive has also enabled integration with other internal and external systems (e-Services) from FINA’s business environment.
FINA eArchive is the first Croatian commercial system for digital archiving of content intended for legal and natural persons. It is used to manage business documents, create, archive invoices and purchase orders, archive contracts, travel orders and other business documents. The solution was integrated with the ERP system, documentation browsing was enabled, and business processes of documentation processing were implemented as well: creation of outgoing invoices, purchase orders, their certification and archiving of contracts.
